Ahhh catching up with your work a bit late, but here I am. 
This is awesome, man. I love how you've handled those cobbles in particular - like, they even reflect the light, how awesome is that.
This is such a nice scene though when you think more about it, it's depressing at the same time. He's an orphan sitting outside in winter without much on ... must be cold. :\ And he's feeding those pigeons with what food he's got!
I really love your atmospheres, man. It's like your pictures almost come with music.
